From turning and milling to welding and bonding.

After thorough inspection, large sheets of stainless steel of different thicknesses are cut to size here, starting the process which is later finished in our spinning or deep drawing sections where the material is processed to the right shape. We use guillotine shears for this process for accurate cutting of the sheets to the right size. A pneumatic hoist makes light work of lifting and feeding in the material.

Many workpieces which we make are passed onto subsequent workstations in order to be supplied with features requested by our customers. Here a thread is being cut in a protective housing for electronic components which has already undergone cathodic dip coating. Upstream drilling processes are of course included in the services we offer.

Some like it hot and this is the case, for example, when additional parts need to be added to some of the products which we have made. The picture shows an employee welding a stud onto a cylindrical surface according to a design drawing. The studs will hold the handles which will be fitted later. The cleaning process follows immediately afterwards.

Our modern washing bay has two washing zones and one rinsing zone, a passivation zone for anti-corrosion coatings, and a drying zone. Parts made of all kinds of metals can be washed here and given a protective coating as and when required.

Every conceivable option is available for the further processing of the spun and drawn parts which we have manufactured.
